Vision Automated is a business name (DBA) of TDUB Enterprises Inc., a Texas corporation. Vision Automated provides AI strategy, training, implementation, and sales-conversation systems. This website describes those offerings. A website inquiry or calculator result does not create a paid engagement. Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment, cancellation, intellectual property, support, and any processing terms belong in an agreed written contract.
Using this website
This site is intended for adult business users. Provide accurate information and use it only for lawful purposes. Do not submit someone else’s personal information without authority, attempt to bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the services to send unlawful or unwanted messages.
Content and ownership
Website text, design, logos, photographs, illustrations, and code are owned by Vision Automated or used under applicable rights. You may view and share links to the site for evaluating our services. Reuse of protected brand assets or materials requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law or an express license.
You keep your rights in materials you provide. Any permission to process client materials, ownership of project deliverables, and use of third-party components should be specified in the project agreement. Sending an inquiry does not grant an unrestricted license to publish your content.
Examples, estimates, and AI limitations
Calculator values are hypothetical scenarios, not a forecast, quote, or guarantee of appointments, revenue, or profit. Readiness results reflect your answers and are a planning aid, not a certification.
Illustrated messages and appointments are examples. AI may produce incorrect or incomplete responses. Human review and escalation requirements must be defined for each deployment. Website information is not legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
Communications and third parties
We use inquiry details to respond to the request. Optional ongoing email marketing requires its separate opt-in on this site. The demo’s SMS permission is specific to that program and does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Read the SMS terms and Privacy notice.
Scheduling, email, messaging, and AI providers have their own terms and technical limitations. Third-party outages or changes may affect availability.
Client responsibilities
For an implementation, the client and Vision Automated should agree on approved content, permissions, list eligibility, escalation rules, access, testing, and success measures. A client must have authority to supply its data and instruct outreach. A record in a CRM does not by itself prove permission to contact that person.
Availability, liability, and disputes
We work to keep website information useful but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Commercial warranties, liability allocation, and dispute procedures are set out in the applicable client agreement.
The contracting entity is TDUB Enterprises Inc., a Texas corporation doing business as Vision Automated. These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
