What this notice covers

This notice explains the Vision Automated website, inquiries, readiness self-check, and requested demonstrations. Customer projects may involve a different business that controls the use of its own lead and customer information. That business’s notice and our agreed processing terms also matter.

Information and purpose

  • Inquiries: business name, name, email, and the service you are interested in, to respond and scope the work.
  • Readiness self-check: your ten answers and suggested starting point, plus the name, phone, email, company, and any note you add when you ask for the report. The score is calculated in your browser and again on our server when you ask for the emailed report.
  • Demo survey: your business, offering, industry, name, mobile number, email, and consent choice. These are used to prepare and deliver the demo you asked for and to record your permission.
  • Bookings: the scheduling provider collects the details you choose to submit to arrange your appointment.
  • Technical information: the website host and services receiving requests can receive network and device information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect their services.

Please do not put passwords, financial account details, medical information, or confidential client records into website forms.

What the website forms send

The calculators run in your browser and send nothing. The readiness assessment builds your report in your browser. When you ask for the report, your answers and contact details go to our server, your contact record is saved in our CRM, and the report is emailed to you.

The consulting form sends your request to the same CRM. If that does not work, it prepares an email draft for you to send instead. The demo survey sends your business details and mobile number to our CRM to start the SMS demo you asked for.

A short record of each form submission is kept for up to 30 days so the same request is not sent twice. Calculator and readiness answers are not sent to an AI model. The SMS demo uses an AI model to prepare and hold the demo conversation. A calendar booking is processed by the scheduling provider.

Providers and AI processing

Google Fonts supplies the website typefaces. HighLevel/LeadConnector supplies our CRM, email and SMS delivery, and the scheduling page. Vercel hosts the website and its form handling. Upstash holds the short-term submission records. Microsoft Clarity and PostHog supply website analytics. Your email provider processes email drafts you choose to send.

For live AI projects, the provider list, data categories, processing locations, model-training settings, and retention must be documented for the specific deployment. See our AI & Data Use policy.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their independent marketing. Providers needed to deliver and support the requested messaging service may process the relevant information. Disclosure may also be required by applicable law.

Cookies, browser storage, and analytics

Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use it. We use Microsoft Clarity and PostHog to see pages viewed, clicks, and scrolling, including session replays and heatmaps, so we can improve the site. Text typed into our forms is masked in those recordings. Microsoft describes how it handles this data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

To save you retyping, contact details you enter in one form are offered in the next form until you close the browser tab. The site does not use advertising pixels. Our scheduling provider may use its own cookies when the calendar loads.

Your choices and requests

Optional guides and training emails have a separate, unchecked opt-in. Preparing an email draft does not subscribe you. For an enabled SMS program, use STOP to opt out or HELP for help, as described in the SMS terms. Consent to marketing is not a condition of buying services.

You can contact contact@visionautomated.com about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawing permission. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law and our role. We may need to verify the request. If a customer business controls the data, we will need to coordinate with that business.

Retention and protection

We keep inquiry, booking, demo, and consent records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide the service, and meet legal obligations. Then we delete them or remove what identifies you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

We limit access to the people and providers who need it and protect accounts with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim a security certification.
